Breese McIlvaine Arenth is a program officer in the Digital Health Solutions group at PATH, conducting research, analysis, and consulting on improving data use to strengthen health systems in Africa. She joined PATH in 2012, and has over seven years of experience working in international development for both for- and non-profits in the US and abroad. Breese holds a B.A. in International Relations and Political Science from Tufts University, a certificate in project management from the University of Washington, and is pursuing a M.P.A. at the Evans School for Public Policy and Governance. She speaks Spanish, as well as basic Portuguese and French, and has lived and worked in Africa and Latin America.
